We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SimpleAImanager provides AI-powered marketing tools for small businesses. You may use our services for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to use AI-generated content for spam, misleading advertising, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or sent to your customers. SimpleAImanager is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or performance of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Each account is intended for use by a single business entity. Multi-user and team features may be available in future releases.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. All prices are in US dollars. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.

When you cancel a paid plan, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free trial plan. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

SimpleAImanager is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve specific marketing results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleAImanager's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
